Website Redesign

Helix IT has an existing website that fails to meet the requirements of the company. The company requires a new website that fulfills the business requirements of the team and reinforces the brand's modern, reliable and professional image.

The Helix team has begun compiling copy for the project and is able to draw on content from the old site to expedite development. The team requires a partner to assist in the development of this new site.

This document outlines our understanding of what the team requires and our ability to realize and meet these requirements.

Requirements

From the requirements provided, we have outlined our understanding of a solution and what is needed to meet the client's primary objectives.

In addition to the primary specification, we outline a variety of administrative and technical support services with which we can ensure the client's technical requirements are met. This outlines an ongoing technical relationship in support of the product and related services

Informational Website - Helix will require a website that's primary purpose is for existing clients or existing potential clients to validate Helix’s services and get further details.  This website will allow Helix to demonstrate value to potential clients and outline the scope of services by ensuring relevant information is presented to visitors and pushing related services.

The site will demonstrate the value of Helix solutions by offering information on related services, information on the companies values, its various partnerships in the industry, and its focus on Health, Safety & Environment.

The site must be performant on mobile devices, using modern best practices to ensure service under non-optimal network conditions.

It is vital that Helix realizes its online presence with a new modern website design, befitting of the brand's image.

Direct Conversions - The website must promote lead generation and focus on driving visitors to engage with the entity via a contact form, social media, or newsletter subscription. Increasing this conversion from visitor to lead is a secondary business focus of the site and as such where possible, sections of the site will direct visitors to begin the journey down the brands sales funnel.

Analytic Data - Active marketing strategies dictate the availability of relevant analytic data on the performance of the website\'s various pages. Allowing the team at Helix to track the efficacy of their strategies on driving traffic to specific pages of the platform

Below is an outline of the proposed site map. This outline provides the basis of the proposal, the estimate of costs and the time requirements to provide the solution to your team.

Responsible for visitors' first impressions of the brand, the landing page must present relevant information and links, quickly on desktop and mobile devices. The first section, the "Hero" of the site, introduces the primary brand story to visitors, linking to a CTA form, or relevant secondary page for further content. Next, an introduction to the brand invites visitors to explore the About Section. The "How we Help" Section links to various Industry/Client sector pages, directing visitors down dedicated, targeted brand stories aimed at particular market segments. The "Latest News" section, highlights the brands selected News/Update posts to visitors. The Landing page also includes a CTA for newletter subscriptions/email sign ups.
